Its been said that manager wants to refurnish his squad in many areas and left back position needs immediate and capable replacement.

Ryan Bertrand who is considered as next Ashley Cole has spent past three seasons on loan at various clubs and has lived up to the expectations and his age and dedication towards the game makes the manager's first choice to sign.

Though its been not cleared whether Bristol wants to sign him on loan or permanent transfer, but we can assure that after considering the potential of Bertrand its unlikely to happen that he will be sold so season long loan deal will suite the both sides.

As there is always ready for action Ashley Cole, present in the action and Zhirkov to fill his boots, loan move for Bertrand will make things good for all the three sides. Chelsea will not have to make him warm the benches as well as Bertrand will get first team experience regularly and also Bristol will be able to resolve their crisis. so according to me loan deal will suit all the three sides under consideration
