The rumors linking Chelsea with Neymar don't seem to die away and is taking twist and turns every day. Chelsea have been tracking the player for past two years and after our scouts and the manager were finally convinced that  the lad had the ability to become star in the Premier League , Chelsea made an offer of around 16m three weeks ago which was officially rejected by the Brazilian club.

A week later it emerged that Santos were preparing to submit formal complaint to FIFA against Chelsea accusing them of tapping up the player, which is an serious offence attracting heavy fines or penalties and even punishments which could go up to putting ban on the whole club from registering ant new players from the market. Chelsea were indeed awarded this punishment last year but were successful in their appeal made to Court OF Arbitration (Sports).

Yesterday Neymar publicly rejected the claims that he had already agrrees personal terms with the West London club and also stated that he was happy to stay at Santos "at the moment".

Yet his agent, Wagner Riberio is still refusing to rule out a move for his client to Stamford Bridge despite the striker claiming he is happy at Santos, insisting a deal can still very much be done.

He said, "Neymar does not want an improved contract with Chelsea. What he wants is to further his career and become the best player in the world. That is why Chelsea are the best option. Neymar wants to go to Europe."
