JOHANNESBURG, June 29, 2010 Brazil's Ramires (R) breaks through during the 2010 World Cup round of 16 soccer match against Chile at Ellis Park Stadium in Johannesburg, South Africa, on June 28, 2010.There were doubts reported by media today about deal hitting rock bottom as Ramires is not wholly owned y his current club Benfica. Apparently, Benfica hold only 20% share in the player and other 80% consists of third party ownership.

English FA now dont allow the clubs to deal in a player having third party ownership, and it was widely reported that Chelsea could be unable to sign the player due to third party ownership issues.

But, the issues are not set to br resolved and the player is finally expected to arrive at Cobham today for undergoing medical.
