Well well well, the blues have sent out a fiery message to the devils and the citizens and the spurs and the gunners! But what is it that has gone so right for Chelsea in just 2 games?

Stamford Bridge, Chelsea v West Bromwich Albion, Premier League 14/08/2010 Florent Malouda of Chelsea celebrates his 1st goal with Didier Drogba, John Obi, Nicolas Anelka & Ashley Cole of Chelsea Photo Marc Atkins Fotosports International Photo via Newscom    Here are some of the stats which might fascinate anyone who knows football. 2 games played, home and away each, 12 goals scored, none conceded, above 60% possession dominated, more then 30 goal attempts made, just 3 saves made by Petr Cech. Drogba giving 2 man of the match performances scoring 3 goals and assisting 4. Essien back to his best! NO effect of taunting from the fans to JT and A.cole. 11.2% of the total goal tally in the league last season already scored. TOP OF THE TABLE, clear with 2 points and a goal difference many teams can't even achieve in 38 games.
Well, there could only be one team who could do so much in just 180 minutes of football played. The champions, Chelsea!

Many do argue that Chelsea fans are over joyed and that they shouldn't be because the opposition they faced were very weak teams, excuse us please, wigan is the team who beat us 3-1 last term, beat arsenal, beat liverpool, drew to city and had great results at home! While the argument of other club fans is correct that opposition spurs, city, arsenal and liverpool have faced were tough teams where you're happy to get a point. But lets talk about manchester united, is fulham really that tough? losing 3-nil last season and drawing 2-2 yesterday despite getting a penalty?

Well lets come back to Chelsea, 4-3-3 formation has blossomed this team to the heights never achieved. Players are on top of their game despite poor pre-season. Most players are already giving their best, while the only area of weakness to be fair, seems the right back position. Ferierra seems to have his best years behind him, and Ivanovic still hasn't picked up gear. But no worries, a player called Bosingwa is on his way back remember!? Many expected A.cole to flop his performances after the boos he's to recieve(well, fairly, he does have temper issues), but boy wasn't he ever so frightening in the first 2 games? Jt is captain of captains, as said by king Carlo. Drogba at his best along with excellent displays from Anelka and magical Malouda. Cech seems very fit, and Alex just doesn't give us a chance to miss Carvalho. Essien on top gear and Mikel too seems to get ever so better in passing(was it not a pass of class to Anelka?). Oh, and do I have to say something about a player called Frank Lampard?

Chelsea to win a record breaking League, don't just fasten, but tighten your seat belts fellows! Thats the warning from the Blues!

My blood is Blue!

I particularly liked ur contradiction of the opinion that Wigan was a very weak opposition.
