Match Preview - Man City Vs. Chelsea

    First Test of The Season?

According to some people we haven't played any tough game so far which will test our title credentials. and for them today's game is the most important game so far for Chelsea . They can say whatever they want to.

Going into today's game we will be will be without super Franky once again who missed because of his hernia injury and will be sidelined along with Kalou and Benayoun who picked a injury in the match against Newcastle at midweek. So Ramires will start again in place of Lampard in the midfield.

Our back 5 will all the same which will include A. Cole, Terry, Alex and Ivanovic and Cech will return to the goal post after being rested in Carling Cup match. So defense will be the best in we can field so there are no problems at all with the defense. City will try to hammer us in opening minutes and will not give a rest to through defense at all, the same strategy which was applied by Wigan earlier. They will try to grab the momentum by continuously attacking and will be hoping for the mistakes from the defenders so we will have to be on alert for each and every minute.

Midfield is also in good shape these days thanks to tireless work of Essien and flawless game of Mikel so far but they will have a large role play today afternoon along with Ramires who will be at the left hand side of the centre midfield. Team's performance will be largely dependent upon these three players as we will have to hit mostly on the counters so they are the linking between defense and the attackers and they will have to be cent percent in the game. Especially the performance of Mikel will largely the deciding factor of the game and I am pretty sure that he won't disappoint us.

Will be The Keyman

Talking about the attack, Drogba and AnelkaMalouda will join them from the left hand side. but it may happen that Malouda will have to drop a little bit more in the midfield to cover up. The passing between midfielder and attack will be key point for winning thew match.

We have won for the most number of times at Eastlands than any other team since inception of premier league. Chelsea have grabbed all the 3 points for 10 times and that will be really motivating for the players and also players will be eager for the revenge of last season when we lost to City both home and away. So match is tough and we will not be taking the game lightly but at the same time, despite shelling 130million pounds in the summer their manager is finding it difficult to field proper defense due to injuries. So if they don't enter the game with their regular fullbacks that the advantage for us and we must leverage upon it.

The match will be full of excitement for entire period and going home with all the three points will be the perfect reward for the efforts put in.

    My Prediction - 1-2
Player to Watch - Mikel, lot is on stake on his performance.
